Cooking recipe and ingredients:
800 g pork (neck).
Rinse well and dry with a paper towel.
Cut into a 2-2.5 cm thick layer.
Make cuts.
Make cuts in a different direction.
Cover with cling film.
Beat the meat lightly.
1 teaspoon salt.
Black pepper.
6-7 cloves of garlic.
150 ml soy sauce.
Mix well.
Grease the surface with the prepared marinade.
Fold the edges and brush with marinade.
Place on a plate.
Cover with cling film.
Leave to marinate for 4–5 hours.
5 hours later.
3 tablespoons mayonnaise.
2 teaspoons grainy mustard.
Mix well.
Grease the surface with the prepared sauce.
Grate 100 g Parmesan cheese on a coarse grater.
Sprinkle with cheese.
1 red bell pepper.
Chop a small bunch of parsley.
Roll into a roll.
Tie with string.
Baking bag.
Brush with the remaining marinade.
Secure the package.
Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Make several punctures with a wooden skewer.
Bake in the oven at 180°C for 1.5 hours.
1.5 hours later.
Cut open the bag and open the meat.

Bake in the oven at 180°C for another 15-20 minutes.
