El debut de Joe Wright como director de cine fue como pocos en la historia. Siendo su primera película, 'Orgullo y prejuicio' (2005) protagonizada por Keira Knightley y Matthew Macfadyen, se ha colocado ya como uno de los grandes clásicos del cine y una de las grandes favoritas del público. La sutileza de las actuaciones y los encuadres de cámara siempre nos dan pistas sobre los sentimientos de los protagonistas que, sin necesidad de palabras, nos dan la oportunidad de ver la historia de amor y no que nos la cuenten.
