Isaac, overwhelmed by the pressure of expectations from his mother and society. To escape the stress, he takes nightly walks, where he encounters Kevin, a mysterious stranger who shares an uncanny resemblance to him. Their encounters grow increasingly strange until Isaac realizes Kevin is not what he seems.
