A must in Kerala: experience an Ayurveda Retreat! 🇮🇳 Ayurveda, originated from India, is one of the oldest healthcare systems in the world. Kerala is famous for its Ayurveda places, so we really wanted to try it! We ate delicious South Indian food, enjoyed calming massages, and did yoga near the peaceful jungle. 🌳 The quiet place, good treatments, and friendly locals made us feel really good all around!
