Graeme grabs a few hours after work to fish on a small river that used to throw up some nice Chub and big Perch. Now they seem a rarity, but he takes along some home-dug regular garden worms which he thinks have an earthy smell that attracts the fish…Its fun fishing with a float where he travels light to try a few casts in as many different swims as he can….Then he is back in the Totally Awesome office where he makes an attempt at scanning off some really old black and white negatives to show how the rivers have changed ,and what sort of catches used to be made. He also shows how he used to clear river swims himself so he could get among the fish. Its all interesting stuff and at least shows today’s generation just a taste of how the rivers used to look and what was a fairly regular catch….Enjoy!
