Get ready to yell "Zaab!" as we make the iconic Gai Yang (Thai grilled chicken) from the heart of Isaan, Thailand's soulful northeast region. This isn't your average grilled chicken - it's marinated to perfection and bursting with bold flavors. I'm taking a smoke-free, mess-free way to get that perfect char and juicy tenderness in your oven!

Big ZAAB bonus: You'll learn how to make Nam Jim Jaew, the legendary dipping sauce guaranteed to blow your mind. Join us on a culinary journey to Isaan and experience the bold and characteristic flavors that represent them.
