In this video, I’ll be taking you through the first steps of installing the FT-710 drivers onto your computer and showing you how to update your new rig’s firmware.
While doing this for myself, I ran into a few problems and a google search showed that I wasn’t the only person who experienced these troubles.
There was a lot of advice and information given, but after trying just about everything and experimenting with things… I found that a lot of the suggestions were not needed to resolve the issue, some of the info was just-plain-wrong, and some of the recommendations would do more harm than good.
In this video, I’ll be providing you and demonstrating what I found that actually corrects the problems.
