The challenge was to run 8 trains at the same time, exceeding our previous record of 7 trains running at the same time. Eight trains ran on four tracks on two routes, the outer route and the inner route (six trains on the two outer routes). (Six trains were running on the two outer routes.) There were only five controllers that could control the trains, so three trains were run in an uncontrollable state. (Since the train is DCC controlled, it will continue to run if the address is released when the train is in the running state. ) It was a struggle, but we managed to get some pictures.
