R1. 3sc in the 2nd ch from the hook
Sc in the next 3
Hdc in the next 3
Dc in the next 3
8dc in the next (end of ch)
Dc in the next 3
Hdc in the next 3
Sc in the next 3
2sc in the next (use hidden stitch)
Sl st in the 1st sc to join
R2. Ch1, 2dc in the next (next not same)
Dc in the next 10
2dc in the next 8
Dc in the next 10
2dc in the next 2 (yes use the st at the bottom of the ch)
Sl st to join in the 1st dc
Now put your hook back through that same stitch and slip stitch it to the same part on the sole, this stitch is to the left of the centre line of your sole. You will be working through both stitches on the new sole and one stitch left over when you worked in the back loops previously on the base. Match up the stitches all the way around with slip stitching and finish with a slip stitch into the sole. Fasten off and sew in the tail.
Tada…now smile as you look at your finished slipper
Then go and finish the other one.
To make laces for this slipper, make a chain of 130, then slip stitched all the way back. Make two.
