Pacific Palisades : After the Fire Pacific Palisades / Santa Monica / Malibu / Los Angeles Episode 214 This week they finally opened the PCH (Pacific Coast Highway) to general traffic, however that window was closed in short order due to several days of forecasted rain, which due to the burn scarred hills, has the potential to create mudslides. I was able to get in during that brief window of time and see things for myself, and while it’s nice to see rebuilding has begun, the tragedy and devastation is still overwhelmingly apparent. This trip starts in Santa Monica and heads North along the PCH, past Pacific Palisades and Malibu, and back again via the PCH. Music by Karl Casey @ White Bat Audio
