Hello The Way We Wore Fans, We have a treat for you with this episode, Doris’ showcases the wonderful creations of Paco Rabanne. Rabanne’s first collection was in February 1, 1966. He was born in Spain, then immigrated to France during the Spanish revolution. Rabanne’s mother was a seamstress for Balenciaga in his Spanish atelier, and then took up for work in his French atelier. Paco began designing at an early age, and even worked for Dior and Balenciaga doing design illustrations. Paco originally went to school for architecture, but then applied his designs for buildings to clothing. He was a revolutionary designer utilizing materials like metal, plastic, and paper for couture and ready-to-wear.
