This vibrant still life painting was done using acrylic first to create a vibrant under painting. I paint on a roughly primed board which adds texture to the surface. Once the acrylic stage is dry I continue the painting using oils applied with a palette knife. I hope you enjoy the video and please comment if you want any further information.
