Pak Choi or Bok Choy is one of the most well known vegetables in Chinese cooking. It's also one of the tastiest and satisfying to eat. Pair it up with a delicious garlic and oyster sauce and you have a real winner on your plate. Suitable for vegetarians and even vegans if you use a vegan oyster sauce, you could also add stir fry beef, chicken, pork or prawns to make an even more epic dish.

Pak choi (1 or 2 per person depending on appetites)
6 cloves of garlic
3 tablespoons of oyster sauce
1 tablespoon of cornstarch/cornflour mixed with 3 tablespoons of cold water
1/2 tsp sugar
200 ml of water
