A Cycling Expedition on the Pamir Mountain along the Silk Road in Tajikistan. We have traveled along the Tajikistan and Afghanistan border beside the Panj River. We cycled through Wakhan River Valley, Pamir Highway (M41), Tanymas River Valley and Bartang River Valley. Italian Traveler Marco Polo and Chinese Buddhist Monk Hiuen Tsang (Xuen Zang) also traveled by this route. We visited historical places like Castle Karon, Kah Kha fortress, Abrashim Qala, Yamchun fortress, Ratm fortress, Savnob fortress, Langar Petroglyphs etc. We also visited Bulungkul Lake and Karakul Lake. We enjoyed the hospitality of Pamiri people and their culture.
