Ingredients: 500g extra fine semolina 300g all purpose flour (T55 or T45) 1 tbsp dry yeast 1 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp salt 2 tbsp olive oil 500ml warm water These mini flat breads are super easy to make and could be used as birthday snacks, teatime snack, breakfast and sandwitches for lunch etc.
