✥ 你個胃叫你撳入嚟 ➣ https://t.ly/mHFc ✥ 煎過三文魚的你應該會知道,有時無論多努力的去煎,魚皮總是不夠香脆,又或者即使一開始是香脆的,放了一會兒後又變回軟身。今次推介一個魚皮100%香脆的做法給大家,放多久也不會回軟喔!我們還會製作檸檬刁草奶油醬,清新的檸檬配上芳香的刁草,味道酸中帶甜,非常開胃,令人不禁一口接一口的吃下去! 基本材料(2人份): 三文魚 2件 蘆筍 8根 鹽 ½茶匙 黑椒 ½茶匙 奶油檸檬刁草醬: 紅蔥頭 1顆 麵粉 ½茶匙 白酒 120毫升 檸檬 1個 黃芥末 1湯匙 鹽 1撮 黑椒 1撮 淡忌廉 80毫升 無鹽牛油 20克 糖 2茶匙 刁草 2束 How many times have you pan fried a salmon and figure out no matter how you cooked the salmon skin it is just not crispy enough.
