In this video, were making a DIY Manganese Phosphate conversion coating solution (AKA Parkerizing). I have found this recipe to provide great results on steel parts.

Components used for this video:

Ratios: 1000ml distilled water, 12ml 85% Phosphoric Acid, 5g Manganese Carbonate, 1.5ml concentrated Nitric Acid or 2ml 70%, 2gr Iron Sulfate
