In this episode we're starting a new project! This is Part 1 of the LS Turbo Ranger build! We purchased two Ford Rangers, one is a 2003, and the other a 2005. Both trucks are manual, 4 cylinder 2.3 duratec engines. The 2003 had a half disassembled engine and the 2005 I drove home. The 2003 is WAY too nice to turn into a sh!t box so in this episode it's getting a working 2.3 engine and sold to fund the turbo project.
The 2005 will be getting an all aluminum LH6 5.3 LS engine, an amazon GT45 turbo, Holley Terminator X max, a 4L80e, and an 8.8 from an Explorer.
Let me know in the comments if I should keep the wheels off the 2003 for the 2005 build. They are a little rough but certainly have "a look" about them.
