This will be a 3 part series whereby I am using both the M10 Sniper Pro Edition as well as the M2 Sniper Standard Edition to roast coffee beans.
On the M10, I will be roasting a batch of 500g of Guantamala green beans and 300g on the M2.
I will also be attempting to record the roast profile which I am doing as a manual roast on the m10 pro.
If this is a successful roast, I can actually use this roast profile and load the auto roast function on the m10 pro the next time I roast the same coffee beans and of the same mass.

Updates.
Factory has tested 100g roasting and it is tested that it can do minimum 100g and max 1.4kg. So m10 can max out at 1400g.
