Part 3 - A Second Full Week Of One Person Meals - Seeing How Far $80 Can Stretch Supplemental Walmart Grocery Haul: Oscar Mayer Honey Chopped Ham & Water Product Deli Lunch Meat, 16 Oz Package - $3.74 McCormick Pure Ground Black Pepper, 1.5 oz - $2.08 Great Value Golden Sweet Whole Kernel Corn, Canned Corn, 15 oz Can - $0.64 Great Value Frozen Cut Green Beans, 12 oz Steamable Bag - $0.98 Great Value Onion Powder, 3.25 oz - $1.12 Great Value Ground Cumin, 2.5 oz - $1.28 Total = $9.84 Grand Total Spent Including Original Video's Haul = $71.81 MENU: Day 8: Breakfast: Sausage Cheesy Eggs and English muffin with orange marmalade Lunch: (Leftovers) Meatloaf Meatballs and Roasted Carrots and Potato Sheetpan Dinner: Sausage Gravy Over Baked Potato with a side of mixed veggies Day 9: Breakfast: Ham Egg and Cheese English Muffin Lunch: Ham and Rotini Pasta Salad Dinner: Sausage Rotini in Red sauce with a side of buttered corn Day 10: Breakfast: French Toast and scrambled egg Lunch: Ham and Pinapple Naan Pizzas Dinner: Sausage gravy over brown rice with a side of green beans Day 11: Breakfast: Ham, Sausage, pepper, and onion Omlette Lunch: Ham Salad Wraps, Carrot Sticks, and Mandarine Dinner: Chicken Green Bean Casserole Day 12: Breakfast: Ham and Potato Breakfast Skillet Lunch: Toasted Ham and Cheese With Potato Soup Dinner: Scalloped Potatoes and Ham Day 13: Breakfast: Cowboy Skillet (scrambled eggs, cubed potatoes and crumbed sausage with ketchup on top) Lunch: Savory Rice and Veggies woth Naan Dinner: Sweet and Sour Mandarine Chicken Over Brown Rice Day 14: Breakfast: Egg Bites and Oranges and Pineapple Lunch: Ham and Potato Salad with carrot sticks Dinner: Tomato Veggie Pasta and Naan RECIPES: 🥕 Carrot Cupcakes with Butter Cream Frosting: (makes 3 cupcakes) 1/2 cup flour 1/4 tsp baking soda 1/8 tsp salt 1/4 cup shredded carrots 2 Tbs egg 1/4 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 tsp cinnamon 2 Tbs oil 3 Tbs sugar 1/4 cup water Mix all ingredients together and pour batter into a greased or lined cup cake tin. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes, or until the surface springs back when touched and is a light brown color. Allow to cool For Frosting: Beat together 3 Tbs margarine, 2 Tbs sugar, and 1/4 tsp vanilla until fluffy and smooth. Frost cooled cup cakes and enjoy! 🍪 Vanilla Chai Sugar Cookies: 3 Tbs margarine 1/4 c sugar 1/2 cup Flour 1 Tbs Egg 1/8 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp of tea grounds from a vanilla chai tea bag Preheat oven to 375F and mix all ingredients (except the coating) until well combined. Form dough into 1 inch balls and place on parchment paper on a baking sheet. Bake for about 12 minutes or until edges of the cookie and bottom are a golden brown.
