The series which goes behind the scenes of a busy international airline company continues with the latest antics from the passengers and staff of low-cost airline easyJet. The programmes chart the catalogue of mistakes, chaos and delays that stretch customer relations to breaking point. There are angry scenes at check-in and there's turbulence in the air as the easyJet team attempts to contain tempers and deal with the off-beat requests which often come their way. Viewers can catch up on the progress of some familiar faces from previous series, and are introduced to new characters, including former England International rugby star Tony Underwood, who has given up professional sport for life as a pilot.
