Mastering the different voices in English will help you shift the focus in your sentences. It's easy to stress things when you're speaking just by using volume and intonation, but when you're writing, you need different sentence structures. Luckily, the causative passive is used in both speaking and writing, so you can get lots of practice.
And, yes, we do use a mix of structures all the time, so if you want to 'sound fluent' or 'sound like a native English speaker', you can't avoid the passive or causative passive.
