This video is based a few weeks before the Fall of Ex-Valkyrie during the StreFes against Ex-Fine. Nazuna is still in Valkyrie at this point and it is a year before Anzu starts at Yumisaki Academy and helps Trickstar's rebellion.
Characters may be OOC because they are ridiculously hard to properly portay. I mean seriously, how did EnStars manage to make the most annoying characters to ever try correctly characterise. You'd think it'd be easy with how easy it is to boil every single character down to one main character trait. Yes, this is a rant.
