想食清啲，但又唔想淡而無味，
唔想無味但又要清啲，於是就用辣。
發現齋辣好似好單調，於是睇吓廚房有咩可襯到辣，
結果揾到罐番茄，又感覺番茄煮意粉最正，
於是，煮咗。
最後讚自己起碼冇用肉。

香辣番茄醬意粉 Pasta Arrabbiata
Ingredients
Spaghetti 意大利粉 130g
Minced Garlic 蒜蓉 20g
Oil 油 40ml
Fresh chili 鮮辣椒 2-4g
Bay Leaf 月桂葉 1pc
Chili flakes 乾辣椒碎 0.25tsp
Salt 鹽 4g
Granulated sugar 白砂糖 8g
Canned tomato with juice 罐頭番茄連汁 400g
Ground Black Pepper 黑胡椒碎 a pinch
Pasta Water 意粉水 50-80ml
Optional 可選擇: Cherry Tomatoes 車厘茄
