These two watches are both first generation Patek Philippe 5035 release launched in 1996, and was the first annual calendar in the industry.
Both watches are 37mm annual calendars in precious metals, in white gold and rose gold. The watches are powered by the caliber 315, beating away at 21,600 vibrations per hour.
You will see that the white gold 5035G features a black dial with Roman numerals while the rose gold 5035R has a complementing cream colored dial.
There are a few differences between the watches. The reversing wheel of the winding system on the R is bare brass while on the G it is plated. There is more text describing the adjustment in positions and temperature on the G than there is on the R. They are both the same technically one is just more simplified than the other!
