Are You Using It Wrong?
In this video, I demonstrate how I use Payne's Grey watercolour paint.
I see a lot of students use it as a dark, which is fine, but I'm not keen on the way it dries.
In my humble opinion, it's better used heavily diluted, as a light grey / blue. I then mix all of my own darks, leaving them with a more transparent look.
