125g rice flour （粘米粉）

2 tbsp tapioca starch （木薯粉）
1/2 tbsp Coriander seed（芫茜籽）
1/2 tbsp Cumin seed（小茴香）
1 tbsp Fennel seed（大茴香）
1 egg (鸡蛋）
1/2 tsp pepper （胡椒粉）
1 tsp salt（盐）
1 tbsp sugar (糖）
500ml water（水）
600g peanuts（花生）
90g dried anchovies / ikan bilis （江鱼仔）
