Fuzz pedals have always been a great part of that guitar tone lore that we have always looked into and up to. Even to this day fuzz pedals are a group within the pedal world that are packed with their unique eccentricities and temperaments, and that's what we love them for. Viscous, wicked, full spread sound of demolition, these are the words that pop in my head when I think fuzz pedals.
I have been using fuzz pedals for a good amount of time and although I don't use them everywhere, I do appreciate the times when I get to use them. These pedals are hard to capture in digital simulations and every one of them has its own character. On top of all this, the fact that brands like Pedal Pawn still bring out the cool old school versions, is beyond great. With Pedal Pawn I feel like they have packed enough of that vintage sound and feel while keeping it in line with modern time requirements in terms of power, output, range and usability.
