This is the Sumida Hokusai Museum, located in the downtown area of Sumida Ward, Tokyo. Hokusai is a world-renowned master of ukiyo-e, a type of Japanese woodblock print. The museum is situated in Sumida, where Hokusai was born and spent much of his life, and its building is very popular among foreign tourists. It's also located near Tokyo Skytree, so be sure to visit when you're in the area.
