1 kg boneless beef
Herbs:
4 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 tsp crushed pimento seeds
pinch of grated garlic
dried thyme leaves
3 tbsp soya sauce
3 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
3 stalk escallion
1 tsp red crushed pepper
salt to taste
