1. Chopped carrot 1 cup
2. Chopped cabbage 1 cup
3. Chopped cauliflower 1 cup
4. Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbspn
5. Salt to taste
6. Aromat powder 1 tspn
7. Baking powder 1/2 tspn
8. Mitha soda 1/3 tspn
9. Dhaniya
10. Maida 1/4 cup
11. Cornflour 1/2 cup
12. Oil
13. Vinegar
14. 1/4 tspn black pepper

1. Chopped onions 2
2. Capsicum 1 to 2
3. Garlic 2 tbspns
4. Chopped ginger 1 tbspn
5. Dhaniya stems
6. Soya sauce 2 tbspn
7. Vinegar 1 tbspn
8. Schezwan sauce 1 heaped tablespoon
9. Salt
10. Aromat powder
11. Kali mirch 1/2 tspn
12. 1 litre water
13. Cornflour slurry
14. Spring onions
