On July 1, 2023, Floridians will be legally allowed to carry a concealed weapon or firearm. This is NOT an "open carry" law.

Remember: per Florida Statute 790 there are still restrictions on who is legally allowed to possess a firearm and where you are legally allowed to carry one.
