Most Telugu people make this dish on the occasion of Vinayaka Chaviti / Ganesh Chaturthi. This recipe seems similar to a traditional paramannam recipe, but the measurements of the items used in this recipe differ somewhat. We used rice, jaggery, milk, moong, cashews, desi ghee, fresh coconut pieces, dry grapes, and cardamom to make this delicious ghee paramannam. All of the ingredients can be found at home.
