Peugeot 207 1.4 VVT 95 BHP Anti pollution faulty temp gauge fault camshaft solenoid MINI 1

Anti pollution fault can mean many things get it diagnosed with a EML fault finder this fault turned out to be a camshaft solenoid there are 2 on this engine one at the rear top left of engine and an identical one at the front top left of engine these can become blocked with crap from old dirty oil remove them and clean meshing if this fails change the faulty one.
