A transistor radio came up in my radio club auction. The seller stated "I can't find what's wrong with it!". It went for only a few dollars. I know very little about transistor sets, what better way to learn than get a radio that an expert can't fix. Follow along as I bumble my way to a hopeful repair.

My Digital Signal Generator:
The Signal Generator is a project kit from a local electronics magazine called Silicon Chip, there is a sister publication in the UK called Practical Electronics, it was featured in the April 2018 edition but mine has a oscilloscope function as well which I don't use. There may be a later edition in PE with that feature.
