I was able to find a variety of ducks wadding and foraging in a shallow pond on my way in the refuge. I stopped and spent a few minutes watching them before I continued further into the refuge. It did not take long before I found a beautiful Red-Shouldered Hawk perched on top of a dead tree in the middle of a marshy area. The hawk was perched and appeared to be hunting. While I did not see the hawk actually hunt, I was able to spend some time with it, getting some different angled shots. I then headed down to an area where I heard a kingfisher calling. To my surprise, I also found an American Mink. I was really excited because I had never seen a mink before let alone photograph one. I sat watching the minks for some time and was able to get some great videos and photos of them. I hope you enjoy todays adventure and I would like to thank you for watching. --------------------------------------------------------------------- If you liked the music in this video, and would like to use it in any of your videos or projects, click the link below and you will help me get a little credit for your purchase: https://duendesounds.com?ref=8981 Duende Sounds --------------------------------------------------------------------- Website: https://www.todddewaldphotography.com Instagram @todddewaldphotography Subscribe to my Newsletter: https://www.todddewaldphotography.com/contact Gear: https://www.todddewaldphotography.com/gear --------------------------------------------------------------------- Amazon Affiliate links: Camera Canon R5: https://amzn.to/3TVyIL2 GoPro Hero 10 https://amzn.to/3WivsuP Lenses Canon 500mm F/4 IS II USM Lens: https://amzn.to/3TYf3dm Canon 400mm F/4 DO IS II USM Lens: https://amzn.to/3gPQDUE Sigma 70-200mm F2.8 Sprots DG OS HSM for Canon: https://amzn.to/3Nr6Hs4 Tripod Benro Mach3 2 Series Aluminum tripod https://amzn.to/3Wi0C5s Manfrotto Video Head MVH502AH https://amzn.to/3SUFwXO Camera Bag: f-stop Anja 37L https://bit.ly/3JmJmYw f-stop ICU (Internal Camera Unit) - Pro Large Camera Bag Insert and Cube https://bit.ly/3SSZXGr f-stop ICU (Internal Camera Unit) - Slope Medium Camera Bag Insert and Cube https://bit.ly/3KYaz4S Gatekeeper Straps https://bit.ly/41SoyyX Blind Tragopan V6 Photo Blind https://amzn.to/3gODhYL Accessories 11.5” Camping Stool https://amzn.to/3Nm7CKF Lexar Professional CFexpress 128 GB Card https://amzn.to/3NrbBFD Lexar Professional CFexpress 64 GB Card https://amzn.to/3Wj4sex Lexar Professional 64 GB SDXC Card https://amzn.to/3WmboHJ Lexar Professional 128 GB SDXC Card https://amzn.to/3DobOVz Canon R5 Battery Grip https://amzn.to/3YevUtJ Watson LP-E6NH Battery https://amzn.to/3ST6waq LensCoat Rain Cover https://amzn.to/3uyOEHV LensCoat lens cover https://amzn.to/3VGprHn GoPro Pro 3.5mm Mic Adapter https://amzn.to/3y7r7zS SmallRig GoPro case https://amzn.to/41CCEo5 UURig Telescopic Selfie Stick https://amzn.to/3EQxawe
