Video Not Working? Fix It Now

Piped scatter cushions are a good staple for any curtain maker or upholsterer but getting them just nice can be tricky and those pesky zips cause everyone stress. There are also many different methods to the making, the way the piping is cut, where and how you join the piping, how and when you overlock the components and what shape you cut the corners. I've created this video showing the making of two piped and zipped cushions. 1.) Rounded corners, bias cut piping joined on the bias centre bottom of the cushion, overlocked front panel after the piping is sewn on and standard zip with flap. 2.) Square corners, straight cut piping joined on the bias bottom RH corner of the cushion, individually overlocked components and standard zip with flap. If you're here just for the zips the skip to 26 minutes in. To skip to a another section please refer to the timestamps below. ?
