Ingredients
Raw rice 1 cup washed and soaked 3 minimum 2 hours
Javarisi (Sago) 2 tbl sp soaked overnight
Green chili paste 1 tsp
Salt
Water 3 cups(including javarisi soaking half cup, grinding for Pirandai and Karpooravalli half cup )
Karpooravalli leaves 10 nos
Pirandai 4 6 finger length washed and cut into small pieces grind with Karpooravalli leaves adding half cup of water and filterd
Lemon 1
Grind soaked Rice and Javarisi with adding half cup of water finely boil one and half cup of water add chili paste,salt and filterd Pirandai water allow it to boil for few minutes add rice paste mix well cook for few minutes after cooling mix lemon juice and make vadams
