We all were super impressed by the DX7 patches in new Plaits firmware 1.2, but I've been wondering. First I thought the supplied patches were fine, but since you can upload your own (or any 3rd party bank), how cool would it be to search for percussive patches? Very! I also know some of you never made it to the manual and are unaware of how to upload your own. If you don't have modular sample playback, it can be a nightmare, but if you managed to install 1.2, you can also upload DX7 patches and Terrains.
@TheUnperson has an amazing series on Plaits, probably the deepest one ever (and good music) and he also explains DX7 patch uploads. But that doesn't mean I can't do a little recap :).
