It's a very important day at Bristol International Airport. At the beginning of the day only the Managing Director and the Aviation Director know the secret, which is that the American airline Continental is going to start a daily service between Bristol and New York. The executives announce the news to senior management first, and then to the other staff in the check-out hall accompanied by a jazz band, champagne and red, white and blue tickertape.
