Plantbased Lentils "Shepherd’s" Pie

Ingredients: 5 potatoes 2 1/2 cups dried lentils 1/2 onion 7 cloves garlic( roast 4) 2 stalks scallion 1 carrot 1/2 cups green peas 1/2 red and green bell peppers Small piece scotch bonnet pepper 4 tbsp vegan butter( use more or less) 2 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes 1/2 cup coconut milk 1/4 tsp celery salt 1/4 tsp cardamom 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp smoked paprika 1 tbsp tomato paste 1/2 tbsp adobo seasoning 1/4 tsp black pepper/ cayenne pepper 1 vegetables bouillon cube (optional) Salt to taste 1/4 grape seed oil ( use less of you wish) Adequate amount of water to cook lentils and potatoes *** You can also add mushrooms or any other vegetables to this recipe and use all purpose seasoning of your choice) Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes ENJOY!!!💚
