Hydroponically grown lettuce can be harvested little by little from about 4 weeks after sowing.
From 5 weeks, large leaves the size of a small vegetable can be harvested.
However, in winter, the growth rate is a little slow even indoors, so I think it will be possible to harvest after 5 weeks.
