Planting Out Spring Bulbs; Freesia, daffodil, bluebell, muscari, hyacinth, allium and mystery bulbs
Bulbs are going in the ground! The wather has cooled and some of the bulbs have started sprouting in the bags so it is definetly time to head to my cut flower allotment garden and get planting. Today I will plant out my freesia, daffodil, bluebells, muscari, hyacinth, allium and mystery bulbs that I found around the old allotment and talk about bulb spacing, winter protection and shade cloth to try and get long, strong stems.
I'm Pheigi at From The Witch's Garden, a Scottish girl growing cut flowers on my allotment in Kanagawa prefecture in Japan. Remember to subscribe if you want to follow along and see how the garden changes and evolves over the seasons.
