Planting to support pollinators, checking the soil in a hugelkultur bed, and small summer harvest
This year I've been enjoying the native bees in my garden. As we reach the end stages of summer I want to make sure there's enough flowers planted to support my pollinators as we head into the cooler months. I also want to start sowing seeds that will provide mid-late winter blooms and early spring colour.
My harvests have been so constant and so abundant this year that I want to make sure I show my appreciation to the pollinators for what they've given me.
I also want to check in one of my hugelkultur beds and see how everything is breaking down and check the soil health.
Thanks for watching.
