This was initially just supposed to be a long, fast, and improvised asmr, but by the time I was done editing it felt like it fit in with this series. I tend to make fast asmr with a variety of sounds and triggers in every video keeping it unpredictable, but intentional .This is what helps me relax most and hopefully you can find relief here as well! _________________________________________________________________ What is ASMR? Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) is a term used for an experience characterized by a static-like or tingling sensation on the skin that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. It has been compared with auditory-tactile synesthesia. ASMR signifies the subjective experience of "low-grade euphoria" characterized by "a combination of positive feelings and a distinct static-like tingling sensation on the skin". It is most commonly triggered by specific acoustic (tapping/brushing/whispering) and visual stimulation (hand movements/lights/etc)
