I make a lot of avoidant videos on more healthier relationship dynamics with avoidants but there are definitely avoidants who do not change easily. This video is for those types of relationships. These are techniques to motivate change. Was requested. General guide. Not all avoidants are like this and many change.

This does is not a one size fits all approach. This is just a GENERAL guide. This is not meant to be used to manipulate a partner but to help both individuals become more open to love as well as have a long-lasting relationship. I work with a lot of couples/ long term situations so this may reflect more for long term relationships.
