1 tablespoon Sesame oil 1汤匙 麻油
1 tablespoon Hua diao wine 1汤匙 花雕酒
1 Egg 1粒 鸡蛋
5 tablespoon Crispy flour 5汤匙 脆浆粉
1 tablesppon White Sesame 1汤匙 白芝麻
Sauce 酱料 :
2 tablespoon Plum sauce 2汤匙 酸梅酱
2 tablespoon Thai chilli sauce 2汤匙 泰式辣椒酱
1 teaspoon Sugar 1茶匙 糖
1 tablespoon Water 1汤匙 水
