Background of Au:
After the great war, America decided to have a self-imposed isolation. No one was allowed to enter or leave.
Lewis Carroll(ability explained in video) recorded everything he saw(forgot to mention but he sees everything by actively walking through time)
George Orwell Ability: Subtle Mind control, meaning that the minute he touches you, your in his control forever. But since Dazai has nullification, it's only a lingering effect. He still gets affected unless in direct contact with Orwell
No one calls Orwell any honorifics because they don't respect him(he's a traitor and took away an executive, they hate him)😀
I tried to make the reaction as canon as possible, but i fear, I failed😞
