Nanindigan ang Philippine National Police na walang paglabag sa paraan ng pag-aresto kay dating Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte.
Ayon kay PNP spokesperson at Police Regional Office 3 director PBGen. Jean Fajardo, ibinigay nila ang lahat ng kahilingan ng dating pangulo kaya’t inabot ng sampu hanggang labindalawang oras bago ito naisakay sa eroplano.
Samantala, irereklamo naman ng PNP ang partner ng dating pangulo na si Honeylet Avanceña at si dating Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea na kasama ng pangulo nang kinukuha ito upang maisakay na sa eroplano.
