I created a ROM Hack of Fire Red where your pokemon lose experience. But wait, there's more! I also changed everything around, so you play in reverse: starting at the elite 4 and working your way through every gym.
To showcase this "masterpiece" (per the NYt review In sure) I have attempted a Hardcore nuzlocke of this game, because that's just what I do!

Reverse Hardcore Nuzlocke Rules:
1) Lose access to pokemon when you lose access to their area
2) If A Pokémon Faints, I Cant Use Them
3) No Items In Battle
4) Set Mode
5) No Over Leveling
